Hook and loop tape packs up small, which means there’s no reason not to bring a lot of it! Although the tape version is the best because it can be cut and customized, it’s also possible to find small circles or squares. You might have to use few of the smaller pieces, but they’ll certainly hold your graphics up if you’re in a pinch.

Don’t Forget About Extra Markers To Touch Up The Graphics On Your Bannerstands

There’s a chance that the graphics on your bannerstands and other displays could get a little damaged during shipping or installation. If the damage is bad enough, you should definitely replace the graphic. However, if there’s just a spot or two with a mark or flaw, it’s possible to fill it in temporarily with a little permanent marker. Bring an entire set with a variety of colors for your emergency kit and consider color-matching on a spare piece of paper before you take permanent markers to your bannerstands.

Bring Cleaning Wipes

Your displays will probably be full of fingerprints by the time installation is over. For instance, even if you think your rented carpet might be stained, leave that bulky, heavy carpet shampooer at home! Also, forget about bringing any products that aren’t in pristine condition.
